Monty Crew is a 5 piece semi-acoustic band from Singapore made up of 5 friends with a common interest – to perform on stage and put a smile on as many faces as possible.
Individually coming from a background with years of performing experience, the 5 band members have shared the stage with each other on numerous occasions in different settings.
Reno (keys) and AL (Vox) were the core founding members of the band and together with Jeff (Guitar) and Syaz (Drums), they have not only formed a band but also a brotherhood forged in music. Having performed regularly and also at a number of events, the band is also in a process of growing. In June 2023, Monty Crew welcomed Hadi (Vox), their latest addition to the line up. With the 4 band members still at the core of Monty Crew, the addition of a new band member has definitely spice things up at the front.
Monty Crew performs songs of different genres, from classic tunes to pop, rock and R&B. The band’s main mission when performing is to connect with the audience through music, whether it is a moment of sadness or a celebration of joy.
